Your order has been sent through to our sales department. This is what will happen next:
We assume you have looked at the prices and are happy to go ahead with your order, so we will bypass the quote stage and forward an invoice to you. If you require clarification of the total of your invoice, we will be happy to give you a call to discuss this with you.
We require a non – refundable deposit to place your order with the manufacturer. Payment can be made via direct deposit into our bank account – the details are on the invoice, or you can call us with your credit card details and we can take your payment over the phone.
If we have your ordered products in stock, we should be able to deliver your order within a 2 week period and we will coordinate a suitable time with you.
If we have to order the products in for you, it could take up to 4 weeks, but we will advise you of an ETA and keep you informed of the progress.

Full payment is required prior to the delivery of your order, or directly after installation of your rainwater tank or full rainwater harvesting system.
